I had a talk with Damian Forsythe of Hooked Up Anglers Guide Service.  He took some clients out on the Yuba.  They hooked up a dozen or so local rainbows in the 12" to 17" range.  He said there were some Skwala Stoneflies and some March Brown mayflies coming off.

This is an exciting time to be on the Lower Yuba.  The flows are nice.  The winter runoff has not started yet.  I think people should fish it now before the river gets blown out.
